Founded in 2024, TecnoHabita was born with the mission of responding to the new demands of the construction market, combining technology, sustainability and efficiency in all phases of its projects. Throughout this period, TecnoHabita has earned the trust of Clients and Partners, establishing a presence in various projects in the region, as well as in Greater Lisbon.
Our story
“This first year exceeded our expectations. It was a period of learning, growth, consolidation, and resilience. We are deeply grateful to our team, partners, and clients for their trust and continued support,” says Sandra Ferro, managing partner of TecnoHabita. “We finished our first year of activity with around 20 employees, with a strengthened technical team, a turnover exceeding half a million, and the upgrade of our license to Public Works. Therefore, we enter the second year highly motivated to continue innovating and contributing to a more sustainable and technologically advanced sector, always as a team and in close relationship with our clients.”
